Experience: We are an employee benefits firm with a very experienced staff. Our agent’s experience ranges from 7 - 16 years in the business. Many of the years of experience have been spent working for insurance companies as actuaries, large case consultants, and service providers. It is this wide array of experience that helps us provide you with the highest level of service and representation.

Competitive Rates: We work hard to update a proprietary software program that is directly linked to each insurance company’s community-rates and plan designs. To our knowledge, it is the only resource of its kind. It allows us to instantaneously quote every insurance company (all of their plan designs) and represent them to you in one simple and dynamic spreadsheet.

Products: Our primary focus is employee benefits. We will provide expertise for any or all of the following group products: health insurance, HSA/HRA’s, Section 125 plans, dental insurance, long term disability, short term disability, vision, life insurance, COBRA/State Continuation, and 401(k)/retirement plans. Although we do not have direct contracts for property and casualty insurance or workers compensation, we have formed strategic alliances with top brokerages in the state who can meet your needs as our client.

Service: We want to keep you and your employees out of the insurance business. Upon becoming a client of our firm, you will be assigned an Account Manager to handle your day to day needs. Enrollment meetings, enrollment questions, coverage questions, etc should be directed to our office. This prevents you and your employees from "surfing the voice prompt systems" for hours. This increases your efficiency and lowers employee frustration. Many brokerage firms "finish" their yearly job when they renew or transfer you to a different carrier – this is the beginning of our job in servicing your account.

Protection: Our preferred status with several carriers allows us to resolve issues very efficiently and effectively. In addition, we are a recognized brokerage agency in the Denver community and are backed by $3 million in Errors and Omissions insurance for the benefit of you and your employees.
